Any reproduction, distribution, misrepresentation, publication for commercial purposes or otherwise without explicit and written consent of the director/partner/proprietor may ensue consequences of legal magnitude.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, Venjara Carpets does not accept any returns once the order is confirmed. However, at the discretion of Venjara Carpets, a store credit can be offered for up to thirty working days from the date on which the order has been confirmed. Goods to be returned can be picked up from your address or brought to our store, depending on the customer's preferences within 5 days of an order being placed. In such circumstances, the ordered product will be exchanged with another option for the value at which the originally placed order was procured or more. It is pertinent note that the store credit offer is not applicable to orders availed at sale or discount, orders where the product has undergone any damage or wear and tear and orders shipped outside India.

Please understand that your order is confirmed on when payment made for the order is successfully credited to us. By clicking on the "place order" icon, you authorize Venjara Carpets to process your personal information and ensure that the order gets confirmed. We are liable to protect any personal information disseminated during the process and will not share it with any third-party sans your explicit and informed consent. Usually, any carpet ordered via the website should be delivered within 5-8 business days PAN India and 10-12 business days outside India. * (Insert in footnote * Venjara Carpets will not be responsible for any delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to act of God, economic distress, delay on the part of the porter, etc.)

Listed Price:

The listed prices for all the products on www.venjaracarpets.com are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) as laid down by Indian rules and regulations. All the handmade carpets and other handmade textile floor coverings fall under tariff item no. 57 and all the machine- made rugs are taxed accordingly.
