1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order? -
No, you don’t need to set up an account. You may browse our different types of rugs online. However, we will need your personal information while checking out to ensure that you receive order confirmation emails, shipping updates and delivery emails.
2. Can I cancel my order? +
Unfortunately, we don’t allow for order cancellations. However, you may reach out to our customer support email if you would like to receive store credit against a pending order. To know more, do read our Terms & Conditions.
3. How can I track my order? +
You will receive end to end emails from our team right from when your order number is confirmed, to when it is dispatched from the warehouse along with a tracking number from the delivery partner.
4. What happens if the product I ordered goes out of stock while being processed? +
If you have securely made a payment and your product of choice goes out of stock, Venjara Carpets will refund your amount 100%.
5. Is cash on delivery an option? +
Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not an option for our product & services. For all online transactions, we will be accepting Credit cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI & Google Pay. If you still prefer the former, do reach out to our customer care team and we can talk more.
1. Do you offer professional cleaning services? -
At Venjara, we believe in being by your rug’s side for its entire life. Whether you have purchased a rug from us or not, we offer rug cleaning services done by our team of professionals. This is mainly for worn out rugs that need fringing and binding, rugs with a stubborn stain, rugs that have not been cleaned over an extended period, etc. These charges are minimal and are decided upon examination of rugs. All the hand-knotted rugs purchased from us are nano-coated with protectants as a precautionary step to avoid stains on premium rugs.
2. Do you offer home trials of multiple rugs? +
We do offer home trials of all our rugs. However, going about this process would mandate a store visit to our showroom first to ensure an interaction with our sales team followed by selection of rugs in-person by you. We are happy to assist you with delivering them to your home so that you may select an appropriate rug matching your interior. This service can only be availed of offline.
3. What is the life of a machine-made rug? +
A high quality machine-made rug can last you up to 20 years if it is well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. These synthetic fibers do not shed and are hassle-free in your home.
4. What is the life of a hand-made rug? +
A hand-made premium wool or silk rug can last you a lifetime. Nonetheless, these require good maintenance over time and regular cleaning services too.

Yes, we ship our products and offer other flooring solution services PAN-India since 2001. We are happy to be a part of your home no matter which part of the country you are in! The estimated shipping charges will be calculated at checkout once you enter your address. For more information, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for more queries.
2. Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship our products in certain regions: UK, USA & UAE. Shipping charges vary for international shipments.
