Cleaning
Regular maintenance of the rug can be ensured with a strong broom or vacuum that pulls away all the trapped dirt once a week. Initially, you will observe negligible wool shedding. Such shedding is normal and is no cause for concern. Always avoid steaming or dry cleaning the rugs. Rotate the carpet every few months to protect it from sun fading.
Stain Removal
A prompt clean-up is advised for any accidental spilling on the carpet. We ensure that every rug is nano-coated with disinfectants and protectants to avoid any stains. You can consider sending the rug back to us for a round of professional cleaning if the stain is stubborn.
